Catherine Marselli Pasquier is an accomplished engineer with a PhD and extensive experience in the industry where she worked as both an engineer and later as a project and team leader. Passionate about supporting students in their professional developmment, she joined EPFL to develop the mandatory internship program for Master's students. She also teaches several courses focused on transversal skills and recruitment competencies. At the Spot, she leads two conferences: "Influencing and convincing" and "10+ techniques for successful communication and organisation in projects". She works for the Transversal skills and Career Center and for the School of Basic Sciences.

Whenever during your project, I have experience to share techniques for improving communication or organisation in the team.
